Returns


We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or partially consumed dry fruits and nuts cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.


If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 5–10 business days.


Exchange Policy


Products may be exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
